As of December 2009, Paul is in charge of Interactive Media at Canal 13, one of Chile's leading TV broadcaster and media outlets. His traditional background is in advertising, both on the agency side as well as the advertiser side.
Paul has been increasingly interested in current changes in the marketing and media landscape, caused by technological developments such as the rise of micromedia (blogging, podcasting) and new content distribution technologies (RSS), as well as social shiftings and increased connectivity amongst consumers.
In February 2006, he published the white paper Advertising 2.0 (in Spanish and English, later translated to Chinese), which has since been downloaded more than 35.000 times and has been distributed widely through the blogosphere and specialized media.
Paul has spoken about the current changes in marketing at conferences in Santiago, Buenos Aires, Phildelphia, New York, Warsaw, Barcelona and Amsterdam.
